Send us information with your contact details (first name, last name, email address) and information about the person you would like to refer.  Share with us mate's contact details, including their e-mail address, current position/occupation, and the position you are referring them for.


We'll send you and the person you referred an email with instructions on how to apply.


You will receive the referral reward after the person you referred has successfully passed our interviews, has been hired, and has started in their new role. This may take up to a few months from the actual referral date.

How much will I get?

The amount rewarded depends on the professional experience of the person you refer. We pay 1 000 PLN * total years of relevant professional experience (rounded up), but not less than 3500 PLN.

There are no limits to the amount rewarded. Refer to us a person with 25 years' professional experience and you will get 25 000 PLN. We really love working with people in the know.


12 000 PLN

A person with 5 years' software development experience, followed by 5 years as a project manager and 1.5 years as a product manager.


3 500 PLN

A student who has had a 2-month internship and has just graduated.


4 000 PLN

A gardener who after 5 years of gardening decided to become a UX designer (feng-shui) and worked for 3 years and 10 months as a UX designer.


7 000 PLN

A person who had 2 internships as a developer intern (each 3 months long) during their university, then 1 year break in their professional experience and then worked for 5 years and 10 months as a developer.

Important rules:

  • Remember to tell your mate that you're recommending them before you actually do it.
  • Your mate can't apply before you receive the email response from us.
  • The mate you referred has to be hired within 1 year from the date of referral. If they aren't, you must resubmit your proposition to ensure you are still eligible for the reward.
  • It is not possible to refer a mate who has applied for a position at Spartez within the last 18 months.

The controller of personal data provided in connection with the conducted recruitment processes, including the personal data contained in the enclosed application documents, in accordance with the application filed and consent granted, is Spartez Went Wspólnicy Sp. j., Na Zboczu 33, 80-110 Gdańsk, Spartez sp. z o.o. sp. k., Norwida 2, 80-280 Gdańsk, or in case of selecting both entities, these selected companies as independent controllers. The data are processed on the basis of the above-mentioned laws. Additional data in the application documents, as well as data provided when applying for a collaborator (a civil law contract) are provided voluntarily and processed on the basis of consent which may be withdrawn at any time without affecting the lawfulness of data processing carried out on the basis of the consent before its withdrawal. Candidates’ data – solely their first and last name and the date of birth – will be processed for 18 months following the completion of the recruitment process in which a given candidate participated. This results from the recruitment policy adopted by our companies which excludes a candidate from participating in another recruitment process in less than 18 months. If a candidate voluntarily consents to participating in future recruitments, his or her personal data will be processed for 18 months following the completion of the recruitment processing which this candidate participated. Personal data of candidates will not be disclosed to any other entities save for those entities commissioned by the Controller to process such data for the purpose of proper handling of the recruitment processes, e.g. IT services providers, business consultants. However, such entities process the data on the basis of an agreement concluded with the Controller and solely as instructed by the Controller, and may not use personal data for other purposes. Therefore, personal data may be transferred to a third country on the basis of standard data protection clauses adopted or accepted by the European Commission. Personal data will not be used for automated decision-making processes, including profiling. Each person whose personal data are processed, has the right of access, demand rectification, erasure or restriction of processing of personal data, the right to object processing of personal data, the right to transfer personal data, and the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
